Request a full export of the personal data we hold about you. We provide these in machine-readable formats suitable for tech insights auditing.

Right to Erasure
Exercising the "right to be forgotten." We will purge your identifiable records from our production servers and backup cycles within 30 days.

Retention Lifecycle

As a tech insights consultancy with a focus on Taipei-centric markets, data may be processed on secure infrastructure located outside your home country. We ensure all cross-border transfers utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
